Improving Blood Pressure Control in 2025, Geisinger Hypertension Conference will be covering key topics in hypertension management, discussing updates and best practices for improving blood pressure control rates at the health system level. They all have the potential to make a medication error and would benefit from reviewing existing practices that minimize the likelihood of medical errors or learning new risk reduction behaviors.
