Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- identify the scope, complexity, and implications of medication errors that can extend well beyond our interaction with the patient
- discuss current concepts and evidence-based practices that exist to assist in providing error-free care to our patients
- examine the human factors, organizational culture and the accountability needed to prevent medication errors

To find Mohegan Sun Pocono from Philadelphia and Allentown, take Interstate 476 (Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike) to Exit 105. Turn left onto PA-115 N (Bear Creek Blvd.). Go approximately 5 miles. PA-115 N becomes PA-309 N. Take Exit 1 from PA 309 N. At traffic light, turn left onto PA-315. Mohegan Sun Pocono is 1.5 miles on the left.
