Series Overview

Physicians and other healthcare providers often face challenges in staying current with evolving medical guidelines, clinical evidence, and emerging technologies. Even when updates are available, many providers report gaps in confidence or competence when attempting to apply new knowledge or tools in real‑world patient care. This disconnect can lead to variability in clinical practice and missed opportunities to optimize patient outcomes. The “Grand Rounds – How I Manage Series” is designed to address this practice gap by providing focused, practical, and case‑based discussions that highlight current guidelines, evidence‑based management strategies, and recent technological advancements. By emphasizing real‑life decision‑making and actionable skills, the series aims to enhance clinicians’ knowledge, reinforce best practices, and improve competence and confidence in managing common and complex clinical scenarios. Ultimate Goal: Strengthen providers’ ability to integrate updated knowledge and technology into daily practice to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for Hospitalists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacists. Other learner groups such as Medical students, Medical residents, Pharmacy Students, and Pharmacy Residents would also benefit from this education.
