Series Overview

The E. Allen Deaver will prepare participants for senior level positions by assessing strengths and areas to enhance with two different assessments, providing executive coaching to guide leadership competency mastery and building a network of leaders from across the organization. By participating in the program, fellows will be able to apply new knowledge gained to build their highest level of performance and develop an IDP and goals for successful leadership. 

Target Audience

This course is designed for physicians and nurses as well as high-performing, high potential leaders who have been identified as a possible successor or someone who will take on greater responsibilities with a unique and extensive leadership development experience. These individuals will gain a more in depth understanding of leadership and business acumen which will equip them to support and facilitate the achievement of Geisinger’s strategic and operational objectives.
