The Inspire and Transform: Empowering Leadership conference, held on August 26th, 2025, at the Henry Hood Center for Research, targets academic, clinical, and operational leaders within the Geisinger Health System. Its goal is to enhance leadership skills, foster personal vision, drive effective change, inspire innovation, and build collaborative networks through a series of presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. The conference will be held from 8:00am to 4:00pm and is limited to a maximum of 150 registrants. 

 

This conference is hosted by The Center for Faculty and Professional Development and Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning.

 

Target Audience

This activity is designed for Academic, Clinical, and Operational Leaders throughout the Geisinger Health System.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

  • Elevate Leadership Skills: Provide participants with advanced tools and techniques to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
  • Cultivate Personal Vision: Encourage attendees to develop a clear and compelling personal vision for leading change.
  • Drive Effective Change: Equip participants with strategies to effectively implement and sustain transformative initiatives.
  • Foster Innovation: Inspire creative thinking and innovative approaches to leadership challenges.
  • Build Collaborative Networks: Facilitate connections among leaders to share insights and support each other’s growth.

In the unusual circumstance that this course is cancelled, you will be called and/or emailed, and any tuition fees received would be refunded in full.  Geisinger is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.
 
Attendance
Attendance will be recorded within three to four days of the conclusion of the activity.  Credit will display on your continuing education transcript once the activity evaluation is completed.
