At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Review the goals of a febrile neonate algorithm in the emergency department
• Compare and contrast the current AAP febrile neonate algorithm to Geisinger's algorithm
• Evaluate and compare compliance to the febrile neonate algorithm before and after the implementation of Geisinger's algorithm in ED's across the Geisinger system
