Identify key oral bacterial and fungal species associated with increased pancreatic cancer risk.
Summarize the sequencing methods and microbial risk score used to assess these associations.
Evaluate the association between caffeinated coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and tea intake with long‑term risk of dementia and cognitive decline as reported in two large U.S. prospective cohort studies (NHS and HPFS).
Analyze the study’s methodology, key findings, and limitations to determine how moderate caffeinated beverage intake may influence subjective and objective cognitive outcomes across decades of follow‑up.
