Inspire and Transform: Systems-Minded Leadership Conference

Participants will leave with practical tools and a concrete action plan to apply in their own leadership context, strengthening their ability to navigate complexity, align teams around shared goals, and lead sustainable change.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for faculty physicians, nurses and pharmacists across the Geisinger System. Other learner groups such as Academic, Clinical and Operational leadership through the Geisinger Health System would also benefit from this education.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- apply systems thinking principles to analyze leadership challenges within complex health systems
- align people, purpose and organizational priorities to advance strategic goals and strengthen collaboration
- use data to inform leadership decisions, even in environments with incomplete or siloed information
- develop a concrete leadership action plan that supports sustainable, system-level change
