Inspire and Transform: Systems-Minded Leadership Conference

August 14, 2026

Inspire and Transform: Systems-Minded Leadership is a one-day conference designed for leaders in academic medicine and health systems to explore how aligning people, purpose, and data drives meaningful, system-level impact. Through keynote insights, interactive discussion, and applied learning, we'll examine complex leadership challenges, strengthen collaboration, and develop strategies for making data-informed decisions.

Participants will leave with practical tools and a concrete action plan to apply in their own leadership context, strengthening their ability to navigate complexity, align teams around shared goals, and lead sustainable change.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for faculty physicians, nurses and pharmacists across the Geisinger System.  Other learner groups such as Academic, Clinical and Operational leadership through the Geisinger Health System would also benefit from this education.

  • align people, purpose and organizational priorities to advance strategic goals and strengthen collaboration

  • develop a concrete leadership action plan that supports sustainable, system-level change
