Objectives:
- review components of a catheterization/surgery and PCI procedure to determine which components could have been improved and how these changes would likely have affected the overall outcome of the procedure
- Identify system elements contributing to adverse events, analyze them within the context of the system and improve both the problematic element and overall functioning of the system.
- Discuss procedures, indications in general cases, even in the case of no complications
- review a procedure, its indications, and its follow-up care to determine whether all were appropriate or not
