  • To discuss how medicine's professional culture may foster feelings of imposter syndrome, and to consider the role of workplace discrimination may play in the imposter experiences of women in medicine.
  • To generate awareness about the on-going workplace discrimination that many women in medicine face, and to consider implications and opportunities to improve medicine's professional culture for all.
