At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• identify and support the principles and goals of “Just Culture”
• employ Process Improvement to reduce variation and error  
• review Department-specific policies and procedures to incorporate Just Culture principles and language as appropriate and the revise any policy that contradicts the Just Culture principles in language or spirit
• confirm that anyone who is responsible for direct reports participate in the Just Culture training
• communicate a high level overview of just culture to all staff
