Series Overview
The Informatics Educational Seminar Series is the one place at Geisinger to understand the positive impacts informatics is already making in patient outcomes and provider satisfaction and the future of informatics and data analytics in health care.
Target Audience
The targeted learners for this seminar series specifically needing CE include physicians (both MD and DO) from all specialties and subspecialties of medicine with a specific focus for our board-certified informatics physicians and trainees, nurse informaticians and nursing leaders, pharmacist informaticians and pharmacist managers. Other targeted groups, which do not require CE, include the directors, managers and analysts throughout informatics, information technology and data analytics, researchers in our Research Institute, and learners at Geisinger’s College of Health Sciences at multiple levels.
