Series Overview

This activity focuses on building organizational capacity for improvement within clinical faculty by fostering "bridging leader" relationships between educators and administrators. Learners will gain essential skills to implement enhancements in the clinical learning environment, which will ultimately lead to increased learning and high-quality care. Attending this course will equip participants with the tools needed to drive significant improvements, benefiting both the healthcare team and the community.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for physicians, pharmacy, nursing, advanced practice, and all educators across the Geisinger system and across the continuum of health professions education.
