  • Describe the spectrum, nomenclature, and natural history of MASH within the broader context of MASLD.
  • Explain the pathophysiology of MASH, including key metabolic drivers and the role of THR-β signaling in disease progression.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to practice by identifying risk factors, assessing disease burden, and utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and management strategies for patients with MASH.
