Series Overview

Monthly educational program consisting of a topic that will improve GI APPs knowledge and clinical outcomes of GI patients. The program is designed as a collaborative learning opportunity for all GI APPs in the Geisinger System. RN’s and pharmacists may also attend.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for GI APPs, RNs, Pharmacists and Physician Assistants. Other learner groups such as LPNs, medical assistants working in the GI clinics would also benefit from this education.

Accreditation 

In support of improving patient care, Geisinger College of Health Sciences is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
