Enduring - This is a virtual, asynchronous educational session that is part of the Center for Faculty and Professional Development’s Foundations in Medical Education Grand Rounds series.

Nancy Spector, MD, is a Professor of Pediatrics and serves at the Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM) as Executive Director of the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® (ELAM) program, a part-time year-long, national leadership fellowship program for women in academic medicine, dentistry, public health, and pharmacy and as Executive Director of the Executive Leadership in Health Care (ELH) program for women leaders in hospital and health care systems.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists and social workers.  Other learner groups, such as. residents, fellows, medical students, non-clinician educators, GME program administrators and other education staff would also benefit from this education.

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
