Sleep Trends, Innovations and Updates Conference
This is a hybrid educational activity. This conference is to provide updates on trends, innovation, and practice parameters in sleep medicine. This will be a multidisciplinary conference that will improve learners’ knowledge on current guidelines for practice in sleep medicine. Additionally, it will cover new trends in diagnosis, treatment, and management of sleep disordered breathing. It will also cover newly identified practice gaps, and use of interdisciplinary approach to bridge those practice gaps. Existing treatment modalities, while effective for some, often fall short in catering to individual phenotypes and complexities of sleep disorders which include sleep disordered breathing, sleep movement disorders, insomnia, and hypersomnia. This conference seeks to explore new approaches to management by fostering collaboration and the development of effective solutions for these specific sleep disorders. Learners should attend if they want to widen the basis of their knowledge of innovation and practice parameters in sleep medicine.
