Ophthalmic Allied Personnel CE Update

Join our in-person educational program designed for allied personnel in the ophthalmology field. Throughout the day, physicians and skilled technical personnel will cover a wide range of ophthalmic topics. 

Target Audience

This activity is designed for RN/LPN, Ophthalmic Technicians, and Ophthalmic Photographers/Imagers. Other learner groups such as Ophthalmology Patient Access Representatives, Contact Lens/Eyewear staff, and Ophthalmology Secretaries/Schedulers would also benefit from this education. 

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to: 

  • employ expanded knowledge of the ophthalmic topics presented
  • integrate learned skills to positively impact patient care and clinic efficiency
  • apply new strategies to improve testing proficiency

In the unusual circumstance that this course is cancelled, you will be called and/or emailed, and any tuition fees received would be refunded in full.  Geisinger is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.
 
Attendance
Attendance will be recorded within three to four days of the conclusion of the activity.  Credit will display on your continuing education transcript once the activity evaluation is completed.
