Ophthalmic Allied Personnel CE Update

Join our in-person educational program designed for allied personnel in the ophthalmology field. Throughout the day, physicians and skilled technical personnel will cover a wide range of ophthalmic topics. Plus, earn continuing education credits for recertification.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for RN/LPN, Ophthalmic Technicians, and Ophthalmic Photographers/Imagers. Other learner groups such as Ophthalmology Patient Access Representatives, Contact Lens/Eyewear staff, and Ophthalmology Secretaries/Schedulers would also benefit from this education. 

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to: 

  • employ expanded knowledge of the ophthalmic topics presented
  • integrate learned skills to positively impact patient care and clinic efficiency
  • apply new strategies to improve testing proficiency

Attendance
Your attendance will be recorded within three to four days of the conclusion of the activity.  Credit will display on your continuing education transcript once the activity evaluation is completed.

    Henry Hood Center for Health Research is located on the Geisinger Campus in Danville, Pennsylvania (Montour County), Exit 224 on Interstate 80. Routes 11 and 54 also intersect in Danville.
