Neurology Faculty Retreat

This is a hybrid educational activity. This event is intended to educate faculty and advanced practitioners within Neurology on well-being strategies. Additional insights on how to effectively provide narrative feedback to learners of all stages and updates on the neurology residency will be provided. 

Target Audience

This activity is designed for all Neurology physicians and advanced practitioners. 

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

  • list the Geisinger resources to enhance healthcare provider well-being
  • analyze the relationship between provider well-being and patient care
  • apply the ARTful feedback technique when providing feedback to residents.
  • consistently provide narrative feedback to residents at least once during a day in clinic, week on service or subspecialty rotation

Attendance
Attendance will be recorded within three to four days of the conclusion of the activity.  Credit will display on your continuing education transcript once the activity evaluation is completed.
