Neurology Faculty Retreat
Program Description
This is a hybrid Educational Activity.
This event is intended to educate faculty and advanced practitioners within Neurology on the workflow for addressing social determinants of health within their patient population. Additional insights on how to effectively work with learners of all stages (including round table discussion) and updates on the neurology residency will be provided.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for all Neurology physicians and advanced practitioners.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- identify the most common needs in the Geisinger patient population.
- describe how to access the social determinants of health questionnaire in Epic.
- demonstrate how to use Neighborly.
- list 2 strategies to optimize time management when working with learners.
