Hematology Oncology Pharmacy Continuing Education Day 2024

Target Audience
This activity is designed for hematology/oncology physicians, nurses, advanced practitioners, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists within and outside the Geisinger System.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- explain the impact that the oncology/hematology team can have on patient care.
- discuss new treatment options for hematology/oncology disease states.
- provide updates in evidence-based medicine resulting in changes of drug indications and national guidelines.
