Target Audience
This activity is designed for community medicine physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and clinical pharmacists. Other learner groups such as family medicine residents and medical students would also benefit from this education.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- identify patients with CKD early and improve long term outcomes
- use derma scopes to diagnose and timely refer appropriate patients to dermatology
- improve early detection and management of cognitive disorders in primary care
- diagnose and manage patient with cardiac disorders utilizing most up-to-date evidence-based guidelines
- stay current with key pediatric updates to enhance care in primary practice
