Target Audience
This activity is designed for all Geisinger system providers involved with breast cancer including physicians, residents, nurses and advanced practitioners.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- differentiate between risk models and how to interpret them and manage patients identified as being at increased risk for breast cancer
- explain how the 21-Gene Oncotype recurrence score is used in node-positive breast cancer in the RxPONDER trial
- list the indications for post-mastectomy radiation and axillary radiation
Update on Radiation Therapy for Breast Cancer
All visitors to the Geisinger campus, please park in the patient parking lot. A shuttle bus will take you to the Henry Hood Center for Health Research, please notify the driver when boarding the bus of your final destination.

Henry Hood Center for Health Research is located on the Geisinger Campus in Danville, Pennsylvania (Montour County), Exit 224 on Interstate 80. Routes 11 and 54 also intersect in Danville.
