This is a virtual educational activity. 

Target Audience

This activity is designed for primary care providers and specialists, but particularly for osteopathic physicians. Other learner groups such as nurses, residents and students would also benefit from this education. 

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
  • identify disease processes discussed and improve evaluation and management
  • apply up to date evidence-based evaluation and treatments of disease processes reviewed
  • integrate management of the disease process into a system-based practice model
  • improve communication and collaboration between primary care providers, specialists, and members of the care team
