- Explain the different principles guiding the development of computational tools for genetic variant classification.
- Describe the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics and Association for Molecular Pathology guidelines for the clinical classification of genetic variants.
- Explain the role of computational and AI-based tools as sources of evidence in clinical variant classification and formulate best practices around using them.
