- Explore the benefits and challenges of private practice, including autonomy, financial potential, and administrative responsibilities.
- Discuss the entrepreneurial aspects of owning a practice, such as risk management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Identify potential ancillary services that can complement an otolaryngology practice, such as audiology, allergy, imaging, ASC, and cosmetics..
- Examine the differences between private practice, academic or hospital-employed positions, and large corporate or multi-specialty practices on work-life balance, professional development, and financial outcomes.
