- Define avulsion injuries, including partial and total avulsions.
- Describe highlights of the physical exam findings for determining viable tissue.
- Guide decision making for acute and delayed management of these injuries.
- Discuss specific reconstructive principles for forehead, scalp, and ear avulsion.
