At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to:

- Demonstrate use of Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data into pivot tables that present high-level visual summaries, trends, and patterns that will aid in QI projects and other operational assessments.
- Illustrate the organizational vision and values, and the strategic plan that outlines enterprise priorities, objectives and key results that are supported by the work of every employee. Leaders will be able to outline large projects or initiatives they intend to work on during the year, and how this work aligns to the enterprise priorities and objectives. These initiatives will be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound — or SMART.
