Series Overview

This series will equip clinicians with communication skills to help them have quality discussions with patients/families about future care and when the time comes, share in that decision making with their providers. These skills can also be transferred to everyday communications with family and friends.

Target Audience

The target audience is geared toward any clinician (Physicians and other advance practitioners) caring for patients with serious illness and their families.
