- describe the rationale for and history of developing a standardized clinical pharmacy patient care process.
- define comprehensive medication management (CMM), explaining key differences between CMM and other practice models (e.g. Disease State Management, Medication Therapy Management).
- describe evidence for the impact of CMM on the Quadruple Aim.
- discuss practical application of CMM in ambulatory care clinical pharmacy practice.
