The purpose of the Partners in Leadership program is to offer high-performing leaders, who will potentially take on increased leadership responsibilities and roles, an opportunity to continue with their leadership development. Participants within the program will learn how to increase their self-awareness along with knowledge of business acumen for additional understanding and alignment of Geisinger strategic and operational objectives. Completion of this program will benefit the participant be a more effective and collaborative leader.

 

This course is designed for all engaging leaders with two or more years of leadership experience (clinical and non-clinical).
