Series Overview
Learners should attend this activity to strengthen their nursing leadership skills by gaining insight into effective decision-making, team engagement, and strategies that support a healthy work environment and support high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for nurse leaders across all levels, as well as nurses seeking opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. Other learner groups such as patient care technicians, medical assistants and other unlicensed staff involved in patient care would also benefit from this education.
