Learning Objectives 

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to:  

  • use a human-centered design approach to evaluate challenges and imagine solutions in medical education and leadership. 
  • practice empathy tools such as user centered interviewing and co-design to pinpoint meaningful insights and perspectives. 
  • acquire advanced problem statements and learn skills to ideate solutions. 
  • relate early prototypes and gather feedback to better understand various perspectives.
