At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Evaluate the diagnostic performance of dd-cfDNA as a pre-biopsy triage tool.

• Describe how dd-cfDNA stratification shifts the spectrum of rejection diagnoses identified on biopsy. 

• Discuss the biological characteristics of tumor deposits (TDs) and lymph node metastases (LNMs) in colorectal cancer

• Recognize molecular and microenvironmental differences between TDs and LNMs using integrated spatial transcriptomics and proteomics.
