Geisinger Pathology Symposium: Dermis to Deep Tissue

This is a hybrid educational activity. This seminar features expert pathologist speakers presenting practical, case-based updates on challenging topics in dermatopathology. Designed for general pathologists and pathology and dermatology trainees, the program emphasizes high yield tips and diagnostic strategies that can be applied in practice.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for pathologists, dermatopathologists, pathology and dermatology trainees.  

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

  • recognize key histopathologic features in dermatologic and soft tissue tumors
  • recognize common pitfalls and areas of interpretive variability in dermatopathology
  • integrate clinical information and histologic findings to improve diagnostic accuracy in skin biopsies
