CME Medical Malpractice Reduction
This is an asynchronous virtual course tailored for work from home providers.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for all providers (allopathic & osteopathic), nurses, and physician assistants involved in the care of outpatients and inpatients.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- integrate principles of patient hand off into patient care
- integrate principles of closing the loop into patient care
- develop understanding of documenting in patient record
- explain how the increase of patient safety can decrease malpractice cases
