1. Review and identify all trauma deaths and apply taxonomy nomenclature and/or guidelines in all of the deaths reviewed during this meeting forum to include insight from other specialty services involved in the care of the patient(s). 

2. Identify the knowledge gaps affecting outcomes of traumatically injured patients. 

3. Appy the latest evidence-based patient care guidelines in order to improve outcomes. 

4. Identify adverse outcomes, modifiable and non-modifiable factors in trauma care.
