Learning Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Discuss what is the effectiveness of Tenecteplase when given outside its window
• Discuss what are the different expected outcomes for level 2 ischemic stroke patients using TNK vs standard medical therapy without thrombectomy 

Questions:

1) Would the results of this study be generalizable to our patients' population?

2) How would Tenecteplase affect disability scores (mRS) at 90 days if it was given within 4.5 hours vs after the 4.5 hours window?
