Learning Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Describe different scoring tools historically used to prognosticate patients with out of hospital cardiac arrest
• Discuss applying these scoring tools (OHCA, CAHP, TTM, MIRACLE-2) and neurological outcomes at hospital discharge and 6 month follow up
• Reflect on the clinical utility of these scoring tools in medical decision making and goals of care discussion

1. -What is the role of pupillary reflex in neuro-prognostication? 
2. -Is cerebral performance category following cardiac arrest a reliable predictor of neurological outcomes?
