Session Description: This session offers a hands-on opportunity to refine feedback skills and make meaningful progress on curricular projects. The morning is dedicated to a feedback workshop, where participants will practice delivering feedback to a standardized learner in a simulated setting. They will receive structured feedback on their own feedback-giving techniques, helping them build confidence and effectiveness in this essential educational skill. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to implementation strategies, with presentations designed to support the transition from curriculum design to execution. Participants will meet with their project mentors to continue refining their work and begin translating their curricular ideas into scholarly products, such as abstracts or posters for submission. This session blends skill-building with scholarly development, supporting participants as they move from theory to practice in their educational initiatives.
