At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

  1. Review epidemiology of posterior malleolar fractures and current guidelines for surgical repair.
  2. Contrast efficacy of screw versus plate fixation of posterior Malleolar fractures.
  3. Discuss the accuracy of anatomical repair with percutaneous versus open surgical techniques.
