• Explain the foundational principles of quality and patient safety and how they align with Geisinger’s commitment to high-reliability care and continuous improvement across clinical settings. 
• Analyze real-world examples from Geisinger’s quality and safety initiatives to identify system-level strategies that reduce harm, improve outcomes, and promote a culture of safety. 
• Describe the principles of population health management and explain how Geisinger leverages data-driven care models, such as ProvenCare® and community-based interventions, to improve health outcomes across diverse patient populations. 
• Organize and synthesize qualitative insights using affinity mapping to identify key themes and patterns. 
• Apply collaborative ideation techniques to generate a diverse range of solution ideas.
• Evaluate potential solutions based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with user needs.
