At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Describe strategies for effectively engaging end users in the design, implementation, and evaluation of systems or processes, and explain how incorporating user feedback enhances outcomes, satisfaction, and sustainability. 
• Summarize key concepts in health care policy and economics, and examine how Geisinger’s integrated delivery system and value-based care initiatives influence cost, access, and quality. 
• Apply principles of rapid prototyping to transform storyboard concepts into tangible solutions, using iterative design and peer feedback to refine ideas. 
• Reflect on the innovation process and identify key insights from peer perspectives, alumni experiences, and critical incidents to inform future practice and implementation strategies.
