Series Overview

The Head and Neck Tumor Board is a 2-hour session held weekly in the Davison Library and virtually.  Patient cases are presented and equipped to view patient records, pathology, radiology reports and scans.  Multidisciplinary physicians are in attendance and videoconferencing is available to the GMC off-site clinics thus providing additional head and neck specialist participation. 

Target Audience

This course is designed for Head and Neck Tumor Board Surgeons, Head and Neck Navigator, Pathologists, Diagnostic Radiologists, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Radiation Oncologists, Special Imaging Physicians, Endocrinology Physicians, Palliative Medicine Physicians, Registered Nurses, Nutritional Support Staff, Nursing Staff from the above medical and surgical specialties, Resident Physician Staff, and Physician Assistant Staff.

Geisinger College of Health of Sciences has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 2 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
