Series Overview

This course will focus on advising health practitioners on how to start this very important conversation about what matters most to your patient and how to integrate person-centered conversations into your everyday practice. It’s not about what is the matter with your patient, but rather what matters most to them. Every learner should be equipped with communication skills that assist in having quality discussions with patients/families about future care.
