Qualitative Boot Camp 2026
Target Audience
This activity is designed for any research faculty or staff with interest in qualitative research study design and methodology including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, genetic counselors, and staff scientists. Other learner groups such as SRIP/SURP students, medical students, genetic counseling students, and genetic counseling assistants would also benefit from this education.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- explain the significance of qualitative study design and methodologies in research.
- demonstrate understanding of foundational concepts in data collection, analysis, and the dissemination of qualitative research.
- apply practical qualitative skills through live interactive activities.
