  • Evaluate the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid in managing upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhotic patients.
  • Discuss the clinical implications of these findings on patient management and practice.
  • Analyze recent evidence on antibiotic treatment durations in bloodstream infections.
  • Differentiate between treatments in pathogen-specific causes of bacteremia.
  • Determine pharmacists’ preferences on treatment durations for bloodstream infections.
