1. Review a procedure, its indications, and its follow-up care to determine whether all were appropriate or not.

2. Critically review components of a catheterization/surgery and PCI procedure to determine which components could have been improved and how these changes would likely have affected the overall outcome of the procedure.

3. Identify system elements contributing to adverse events, analyze them within the context of the system and improve both the problematic element and overall functioning of the system.

4. Discuss procedures, indications in general cases, even in the case of no complications.
