Series Overview
Learners will benefit from understanding evidenced based practices for BH patients that will be discussed in these series and also understand patient management from the patient cases that are presented by PCPs and recommendations provided by BH subject matter experts.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and pharmacists from Geisinger 65 forward program. Other learner groups such as medical students occasionally have participated in the program and have benefited from the didactics and case discussions.
